Size exchanges only

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Request a size exchange within 4 days of your item’s delivery. Size exchanges are subject to approval and availability. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

To request a size exchange, sign in to your customer account using the email address associated with your order. Open the order, select the item, and request a return. In your request, tell us the size you need. Please wait for approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We review requests before approving an exchange. If approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label for your order. Please use only the label provided for your approved return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process the approved size exchange, subject to availability.
